Students continued to work on the two essay questions on pg. 294.  Those who did not finish the essay will work on it for homework.

The class watched the fantasy movie, The Red Balloon. We will complete a variety of activities on Friday that go along with the movie.

HW: Students have an Open Book test for homework, #s 1-11. This sheet is comprehension review for the story "Greyling".

 Writing: Students turned in their writing folders with the assignments from marking period two organized and accounted for.

Reading: Students continued on with the fantasy fiction unit.  The class read the story "Greyling" silently in class.
