Writing: Students began work on a "Text Connections" essay. They had most of class today and will have all of class tomorrow. The rough and final drafts are due on Monday.

Reading: Students read a copy of the letter written by Jackie Robinson to President Eisenhower.

NON-FICTION BOOK REPORTS WERE ASSIGNED TODAY.  CLASSES WENT TO THE LIBRARY TO CHOOSE THEIR NON-FICTION BOOK.  
                              BOOK REPORTS ARE DUE ON APRIL 15TH.

Reading Month started today.  Students were given a calendar and an information letter.  Please encourage your child to participate in our Reading Month activities.
